How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day local delivery for orders placed before 5 PM in Calgary, Chestermere, Lethbridge, Okotoks and Airdrie. Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery within Canada estimated at 3–7 business days. Frozen orders follow a separate dispatch schedule based on the order day and destination. Available services depend on your order and destination. See our shipping policy for full details.
Do you offer pickup options?
Yes, we offer pickup at our Walden store in Calgary. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order. Preorders and specially prepared items follow the schedule shown on the product page.
Can I preorder items?
Absolutely! You can preorder items like freshly made Moimoi, which is available for pickup every Friday at 5 PM.
What areas do you deliver to?
We offer local delivery in Calgary, Chestermere, Lethbridge, Okotoks and Airdrie, and ship eligible products to addresses in Canada and the USA. Shipping options and product restrictions depend on your order and destination. See the available services at checkout and our shipping policy.
Do you ship frozen items?
Yes, eligible frozen products can be shipped within Canada, subject to destination restrictions. Outside Calgary, frozen orders placed Monday–Wednesday ship the next day; orders placed Thursday or later ship the following Monday. Within Calgary, same-day delivery follows the 5 PM cut-off. For other shipping methods within Calgary, orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the next day; orders placed Friday or later ship the following Monday. Please choose 1–2 day delivery at checkout and review our shipping policy.
