Welcome to Moriel’s Oasis Foods. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Use of Website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse our site or services or interfere with their proper functioning.

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of grocery items, including Nigerian food products, fresh and frozen items, and same-day delivery within Calgary. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major forms of payment via our secure checkout. Once an order is placed, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after the order is picked up by our delivery partner

4. Delivery & Pickup

- Same-day delivery is available within Calgary.  

- In-store pickups are available during business hours and will be ready within 2 hours.  

- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable events.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns on perishable or frozen items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will address each concern on a case-by-case basis

6. Shipping

We ship non-frozen items across Canada and the U.S. Frozen items are only shipped within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or used in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of Moriel’s Oasis Foods and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
