Shipping policy
At Moriel’s Oasis Market, we offer local delivery as well as shipping across Canada and the USA.
Local Same-Day Delivery
We provide same-day delivery seven days a week, including Sundays, for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
Our local delivery service covers Calgary, Chestermere, Lethbridge, Okotoks, and Airdrie
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Frozen & Perishable Orders
Frozen products follow a dedicated shipping schedule to minimize transit risk.
- Outside Calgary: Orders placed Monday to Wednesday will ship the next day. Orders placed Thursday or later will ship the following Monday.
- Within Calgary (same-day delivery): Follow the regular same-day delivery schedule (cut-off: 5:00 PM).
- Within Calgary (all other shipping methods): Orders placed Monday to Thursday will ship the next day. Orders placed Friday or later will ship the following Monday.
Some highly perishable products may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to extended transit times. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
Standard Shipping Orders
1. Processing Time
Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, after your order is received.
Please note that frozen orders follow the separate frozen-shipping schedule outlined above.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping options may arrive sooner.
These delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, destination, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Standard order cut-off time: 12:00 AM Mountain Time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as:
* Order weight
* Package size
* Destination
* Shipping method selected
Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options to eligible addresses within Canada and the USA.
Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your order and destination.
Frozen products are subject to the frozen-order shipping schedule above regardless of the shipping service selected.
5. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship eligible products across Canada and the USA.
Certain frozen or highly perishable products may have destination restrictions depending on expected transit times.
If you are unsure whether a particular product can be shipped to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure that the email address entered with your order is correct so that you can receive shipping and delivery updates.
7. Frozen & Perishable Items
We take additional care when packaging frozen and perishable products for transit.
Once delivered, frozen and perishable products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately, as appropriate.
Moriel’s Oasis Market is not responsible for deterioration in product quality caused by products not being stored according to the recommended storage instructions after delivery.
8. Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Moriel's Oasis Market is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier after dispatch.
If you experience a delivery issue — delayed, missing, or damaged shipment — please contact us at Ejay@morielsoasis.ca as soon as possible. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes once the shipment is in the carrier's possession.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within Canada and the USA only.
We do not currently offer shipping to destinations outside Canada and the United States.
