SHIPPING POLICY

We provide daily same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm, seven days a week, including Sundays. Our delivery service covers Calgary, Chestermere, Lethbridge, Okotoks, and Airdrie. Orders submitted after 12 pm will be delivered the following day.

We provide delivery services across Canada and North America. Please be aware that we do not deliver perishable items beyond Calgary and its surrounding areas due to extended delivery times.

For standard Shipping Order

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days ( Monday - Friday ) of receipt. This processing time allows us to ensure the quality and freshness of your perishable items.

**2. Delivery Time:**
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days ( Monday - Friday ), while expedited shipping may arrive sooner. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options to Canadian And USA addresses. The shipping method can be selected during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

7. Perishable Items:
For perishable items, we take extra care in packaging to maintain freshness during transit. It is important to refrigerate or freeze perishable items upon delivery to maintain their quality. Moriels Oasis Foods is not responsible for the quality of perishable items if the recommended storage guidelines are not followed.

**9. International Shipping:**
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping.
