Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for choosing morielsoasis.ca for your Nigerian food products. We strive to provide you with the best quality items, and we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our return policy below:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Refunds and Exchanges:
- We offer refunds and exchanges for items that do not meet the expected quality standards upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description and, if possible, attach photos of the item(s) in question.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns for frozen Fish and Meat due to their perishable nature.
- Please carefully review your order before confirming, especially when selecting frozen products.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service at Ejay@morielsoasis.ca or +18253659480 within the specified timeframe.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund,whether it’s approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
For card payments, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
For e-transfer or other manual payment methods, refunds are processed manually by our team within 1–2 business days once approved.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the funds, please reach out to us at Ejay@morielsoasis.ca.

5. Exchanges:
- If you prefer an exchange, we will replace the item with a new one of equal or lesser value. If a more expensive item is chosen, the price difference will be charged.

6. Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
