Cancellation policy

At Moriel’s Oasis Foods, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience..

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order or purchase option within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your purchase- 

- Email us at Ejay@morielsoasis.ca with your order number.

- Or call/text us at  825-365-9480 within the allowed timeframe.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that include:

Pre-ordered items (e.g., freshly made moimoi or Shawarma Saturday boxes),

-Frozen items already prepared for shipping or delivery,

- Or any custom-cut meats or special requests,  

are non-cancellable once processed.

 4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

-For e-Transfers, we may request additional information to process your refund.

-For e-Transfer refunds, $1.50 will be deducted to cover e-Transfer charges

5. Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up on the scheduled date without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please notify us if you’re running late or need to reschedule pickup.
