Frozen Green Bananas- Matooke

Green cooking bananas, peeled and frozen so the hard work is already done. Steam or boil them down for soft, starchy matooke.

• Frozen, keep frozen until you cook
• Steam, boil or mash for matooke, or add to stews and soups
• Serve with groundnut sauce, beef stew or beans
